Returned items must be unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging and accompanied by the Sales Invoice (or a legible copy), otherwise your refund may be delayed by up to ten days and a restocking fee of 15% of our purchase price will be deducted from your refund. To claim in terms of this guarantee, please email service@trudiamonds.co.uk and attach a photograph of the item showing the missing or damaged gem(s). As soon as we receive your email and photo, a Customer Service Associate will contact you to process your claim. Please do not send the item back to us until we contact you as it may not be necessary, in which case you will save the cost of returning it.

Tru-Diamonds™ settings last for many years, with proper care. But contact with lotions, creams, perfume, detergents, grit, dirt, etc can have an impact on the longevity of your setting. So, if your setting does become worn or tarnished, we’ll replace it with a brand new one for just 15% of our regular Retail Selling Price (RSP) at the time of replacement and we’ll ship it to you free of charge in the United Kingdom.
