When you've accumulated enough Tru-Points, you can select from the list of redemption coupons you qualify for at checkout.

Your Tru-Points will expire after 12x months of inactivity of your profile. Nevertheless, we will ensure to remind you before the expiration date!

We won't be able to refund your Tru-Points that have been used for redemption coupons or exclusive products.

You can earn Tru-Points for every £1 spent on Tru-Diamonds purchases, as well as writing reviews. Refer to our Membership Tiers and How to Earn Points sections of our Tru-Rewards Club for detailed information.

You can spend your Tru-Points either by redeeming them for a discount coupon, entering competitions and spending on exclusive products.

You can earn points for each type of review. When writing a review on Yotpo you can earn different points depending if the review contains an image or video.

You will receive a reward 11x months after joining our Tru-Rewards Club in celebration of our time together.
