All Tru-Diamonds™ jewellery comes to you with our No-Risk Money Back Guarantee: Take your time, you have a full 30-days to inspect your jewellery… try it on… show friends or family and then decide. If you’re not delighted simply return it, in new condition, for a full and prompt refund of your purchase price. Returned items must be unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging and accompanied by the Sales Invoice (or a legible copy), otherwise your refund may be delayed by up to ten days and a restocking fee of 15% of our purchase price will be deducted from your refund. Shipping is not refundable and return shipping must be paid by you.

But, in the unlikely event that any of your gems get damaged or dislodged from their mountings, we’ll replace your jewellery piece with a brand new one for a nominal fee of 15% of its regular Retail Selling Price (RSP) at the time of replacement and we’ll ship it to you free of charge within the United Kingdom. To claim in terms of this guarantee, please email service@trudiamonds.co.uk and attach a photograph of the item showing the missing or damaged gem(s). As soon as we receive your email and photo, a Customer Service Associate will contact you to process your claim.
